We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged  packages please use a mail carrier that provides tracking information.

Please contact us first before filing any disputes on PayPal. Please give us the chance to give a resolution to any problems or concerns. 

Shipping charges are non refundable.

My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?

Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be refunded. You may purchase a new shipping label to have your package re sent at an additional price.

My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.

Once orders leave THOGS, they are under the responsibility of USPS. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions.

My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Once orders leave THOGS, they are under the responsibility of USPS with official record being your USPS tracking information. All customers claiming loss or theft will be required to submit a claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions. If theft is suspected, it may be a more serious problem of an insecure shipping location.
